Our version of the classic Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- 2.0 oz Devil Road Whiskey (Buy Now)
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 1 Egg White or sub Fee Foam (recommended)
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker with NO ice and shake until the egg white emulsifies. Add ice to the shaker, shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds, and strain into a glass.
Optional
- Ice: Standard cubes or balls
- Glassware: Rocks with an optional sugared rim
- Garnish: Dried orange slice, blood orange, or orange peel with optional drops of cherry juice and/or Maraschino cherry
