“It’s really interesting and layered. Right off the bat, I picked up a lot of caramel, vanilla, and baking spice notes, with subtle hints of butterscotch, toffee, coconut, and dark chocolate. There’s a really nice weight on the palate, almost buttery in texture, which adds to the overall richness. On the nose, those same notes come through, but with an added hint of tobacco, which I found really intriguing.

What stood out to me the most was the spicy backbone. Initially, it gave me the impression of a high-rye whiskey due to the way the spice lingers, but when I checked the mash bill on your website, I was surprised to see it’s only 19% rye. That’s an interesting characteristic—it drinks bolder than expected in that regard, which could definitely appeal to both rye and bourbon lovers alike.
